1 quart milk

1/2 c cream, or more

juice of 1.5 or 2 lemons

2 t fresh lemon zest, or 1 t lemon extract

1.5 c sugar

 

This IceCream would likely go well with BrowniesFromScratch (since LemonImprovesEverything as I shall prove), and probably in GingerAle floats as well.
