Becky Ugay's Banana Nut Bread

20 servings.... or just one big one :)
1 cup cooking oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
5 to 6 ripe bananas
3 teaspoons milk, or a dollop of sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon salt
Cream together the bananas, sugar, oil, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Then add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix together and then add the chopped walnuts.
This is also good if you add chocolate chips to the batter.
Bake in a bundt pan or 2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
