Balsamic Tortellini

Invented by my former roommate Basil Williams, whom I need to contact to get proportions.

Ingredients

• Tortellini. Boil in water until al dente.
• Bacon. Chop and fry.
• Onion. Chop and add to bacon.

Drain tortellini, top with bacon and onion, and pour more than a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top. Toss to coat.
